Privacy, terms & refunds

We collect only what we need to run your Young Finance account: your name, email address and profile photo from Google Sign-In, your course progress, certificates, saved courses and membership purchases.

We use this information to personalise your dashboard, issue certificates, provide support and improve the platform. We never sell your personal data.

Anonymous page-view data is recorded to understand which lessons and tools are most useful. It is visible only to our staff.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting youngfinance04@gmail.com.

Young Finance provides financial education only. Nothing on this platform is personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and past performance never guarantees future results.

Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access the courses, tools and resources included in your tier. Sharing accounts, reselling access or redistributing course material is not permitted.

You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, harass other members or attempt to bypass membership protections.

We may update courses, tools and these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Memberships can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the included course content.

To request a refund, email youngfinance04@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with your receipt details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.

Certificates issued before a refund are revoked, and access to premium content ends once the refund is processed.
